YEPP wasn’t born from a desire to create software.
It was built from years of watching good estate planners being held back by bad systems. I have seen it repeatedly: consultants doing their best for clients, yet constantly pulled into admin tasks that drain their time and energy.
Built by combining decades of frustration from estate planners like me, YEPP is not just another CRM. It is a rethink. A refusal to accept the inefficiencies we have tolerated for too long.
The problem wasn’t that consultants weren’t working hard enough. The problem was the process itself. Information collected once was being rekeyed, rechecked and sometimes misunderstood as it moved between consultants, drafters and admin teams. That wasn’t just wasting time it was creating risk. Clients were waiting longer, and planners were burning out.
YEPP is the answer to that question. Built by estate planners, for estate planners, it connects consultants directly to their drafters or drafting software with a single click. No duplication. No bottlenecks. No chasing.
But YEPP is not just about saving time. It is about freeing estate planners to do what they came into this profession to do advise clients, protect families, and build legacies. Technology should support that, not get in the way.
I was challenging a mindset. Asking why we put up with inefficiencies that steal time from our clients and drain energy from our teams.
Every planner who uses YEPP isn’t just adopting new software. They are choosing to work differently.
YEPP isn’t about technology. It is about people. It is about giving estate planners their time back.
That is why I built YEPP.
